This week’s Dairy Dialog podcast has three guests on a range of topics of interest in the dairy industry.
We spoke with John Serpiello, vice president business development and Dan Rosa, vice president, sales MHAS equipment, at Cannon Equipment, about what the company says is a revolutionary new washer for cleaning crates in the dairy industry.
We also talked to María Sánchez Mainar, International Dairy Federation (IDF) science and standards programme manager, about the 8th IDF International symposium on sheep, goat and other non-cow milk, which takes place May 4 and 5, 2020 in Brussels, Belgium.
And an environmentally-friendly ice cream van that runs on solar power so it doesn’t have to use its engine at events will be on show at the Ice Cream and Artisan Food Show, from February 11 to 13, 2020 in Harrogate, UK. The Styles Solar Van was invented by David Baker, the owner of Styles Farmhouse Ice Cream in the UK.
We also have our weekly look at the global dairy markets, with Liam Fenton, from INTL FCStone.
